PLOT:	In the small Alpine village of Avechot, sixteen-year-old Anna Lou disappears. Vogel, a police detective who is famous for using journalists and the internet to create a scene, arrives in Avechot. There are no clues, no tracks to follow. Everything is enveloped in a thick fog.

DIRECTOR NOTES:
Donato Carrisi, born in Martina Franca, graduated with a law degree, specializing in criminology. He is a playwright, journalist and author, having written several award-winning books. About La ragazza nelle nebbia, Carrisi stated: I had written it a while ago as a screenplay, as it was born to become a full-length feature film. But the script written directly for the cinema was rejected by all the producers I asked and I turned it into a novel. It became a book: Il Suggeritore (The Whisperer), published in 2009.
