Plot: In a German luxury hotel, the economic ministers of the world’s eight most power countries are meeting and adopt a secret maneuver  that will be financially devastating to several countries. The director of the International Monetary Fund, Daniel Roché, invites an Italian monk to the summit to hear his confession. A tragic and unexpected  incident occurs and the meeting must be suspended.  In a climate of doubt and fear, the ministers and the monk engage in an intensifying challenge regarding the secret.
