"Pilar Fogliati in great form in a classic comedy of errors that reflects on the theme of identity and chancet. Tra Tootsie e Victor Victoria" - LA RIVISTA DEL CINEMATOGRAFO
PLOT: Vittoria, a young actress, is humiliated by a well-known director during her audition for the role of Juliet. But Vittoria hatches a plan to get back at the director and returns, as "Otto" to audition for the part of Romeo. This time, she impresses the director and lands the (male) lead in Shakespeare's play, never revealing her true identity--the talented actress finds it easy to play the role of Romeo both on stage and behind the scenes. But then her boyfriend wins the role of Mercutio. Will Vittoria be able to hide her identity from him, too?
