  FUNNE, SEA DREAMING GIRLS
"A story so delicate that it seems like a fairy tale." - KINO REVIEW
Plot:

The splendid scenery of the Alpine town of Daone, a village in Trentino, is the poetic setting for twelve eighty-year-old “girls” and their dream to see the sea, because many of them have never see it before.  The president of the pensioner’s club decides to collect money for this cause, and so begins the adventure that will see them cook pies to sell in town, pose as calendar models, and organize crowdfunding on the Internet to reach their goal.   Laughter, tears, jealousy and fear accompany the ‘funne’ (women in the trentine dialect) and their efforts bring them unexpected notoriety.

A true story that reminds us to never give up dreaming, and that our dreams can become reality at whatever age, as long as you never lose enthusiasm, curiosity and the desire to live!
