PLOT: Billy was a child prodigy who invented and hosted a successful music podcast at nine years old. He is now 19 years old, lives with his eccentric mother, is secretly in love with a girl and doesn't know what to do with his life. A meeting with his childhood idol, a rocker who has been missing for years, will lead him to find a new way to face the future. But what we desire so much doesn't always go as we would like.

Emilia Mazzacurati, born in 1995 in Padova, studied art history at the Università Ca’ Foscari of Venezia. In 2013 she worked as a scene photographer for the film La sedia della felicità by her father,Carlo Mazzacurati, and in 2021 for the film Io vivo Altrove by Giuseppe Battiston. In 2018 she wrote and directed her short film Manica a vento.
Regarding her film, Mazzacurati said: “There is a mix of pictures with Edward Hopper, of photographs with Luigi Ghiri and of cinema. I was inspired by the coming-of-age films of the Eighties, such as Stand By Me, or going back a little earlier American Graffiti."
